Obeležen kraj radova na Kuli motrilji u Novom Pazaru
Dve i po godine nakon početka, danas su svečano završeni radovi na rekonstrukciji Kule motrilje, a taj simbol Novog Pazara uskoro će biti i svakodnevno otvoren za građane.
U Kuli su trenutno izloženi eksponati Muzeja “Ras” koji su najprikladniji za vreme kada je ona bila najznačajnija (18. vek), među kojima su stvari iz svakodnevnog života vojnika i građana.
Arheolog Mustafa Baltić ocenio je da je Motrilja centralna tačka Novopazarske tvrđave, ali i čitavog grada.
“Ona je simbol Novog Pazara, ona se nalazi na sred tvrđave, dominira njome i gradom. Za razliku od Džephane, ona nije potpuno artiljerijska, već joj i samo ime govori o nameni. Sa nje se najbolje moglo videti odakle neprijatelj dolazi, a bila je važna i zbog požara, jer se sa ovog mesta moglo videti gde u gradu ima požara”, rekao je Baltić.
Ko će gazdovati Motriljom još uvek nije konačno odlučeno, a očekuje se da svakodnevno za građane bude otvorena sa toplijim vremenom.
Sanacija i rekonstrukcija, vredna blizu 26 miliona dinara, počela je u maju 2021. godine, a tenderom je predviđeno da izvođač radova sav posao završi za četiri meseca.
Kako je radio Sto plus ranije pisao, do kašnjenja u rekonstrukciji došlo je zbog lošeg odabira materijala (pogrešnog tipa drveta) za pod, lakiranja podova, kao i izgradnje odvoda i platoa.
Rekonstrukciju Motrilje finansiralo je Ministarstvo trgovine, turizma i telekomunikacija, a radove je izvodila kompanija “Koto” iz Beograda, kojoj je pomagala firma “Krov” iz Novog Pazara.
U sklopu tog projekta, izvršeno je parterno uređenje prostora oko Kule.
