Na Državnom univerzitetu u Novom Pazaru dva departmana – ekonomija i pravo, ostala su bez akreditacije. Druga dva – psihologija i filologija su pod znakom pitanja. Grupa profesora za to krivi upravu Univerziteta. Uprava odgovara da su krivi profesori, koji ne objavljuju dovoljan broj naučnih radova. Šta se dešava na Državnom univerzitetu u Novom Pazaru?
Šumovi na realaciji profesora i uprave Državnog univerziteta u Novom Pazaru počeli su još pre dve godine. Sada su u situaciji da bi četiri departmana – pravni, filološki, ekonomski i psihologija, možda sledeće godine ne upišu nove studente.
„Morate da imate odgovarajuće nastavno osoblje koje je kvalifikovano. Znači, na svakih sedam godina, nastavnici moraju da objave određeni broj radova, da imamo naučne projekte. To je ono što se traži na svakom univerzitetu“, kaže Dragoslav Šumarac, prorektor za nastavu.
To nije razlog za odbijanje akreditacije, tvrdi profesor Pravnog fakulteta Senad Ganić. Razlog je, kaže, nedostatak profesora.
„Mi smo integrisani univerzitet. Sva ovlašćenja koja se tiču kadrovske politike na Univerzitetu su u rukama rektorke“, kaže Ganić.
A rektorka ima prevelika ovlašćenja, tvrde profesori koji se bune i traže izmenu Statuta.
„Ovakav Statut kakav mi imamo, ne postoji nigde u svetu. Po njemu rektorka može da bira direktno ili indirektno većinu članova svih organa na Univerzitetu“, kaže Ganić.
Uprava Univerziteta ne vidi problem u Statutu, već u izmenama koje grupa profesora traži.
„Ni na jednom univerzitetu u Srbij nemate situaciju da docent može da bira redovnog profesora. I to ne može po zakonu da bude prihvaćeno“, objašnjava Šumarac.
Dok uprava i profesori „ratuju“, Državni univerzitet u Novom Pazaru iz godine u godinu upisuje sve manje studenata.
