Jusufu Šujaku uhapšenom na Brnjaku određen jednomesečni pritvor

Osnovni sud u Prištini odredio je danas jednomesečni pritvor Bošnjaku Jusufu Šujaku koji je u subotu uhapšen na prelazu Brnjak pod sumnjom da je počinio navodni ratni zločin, izjavio je njegov advokat Ljubomir Pantović.

„Radi se o licu bošnjačke nacionalnosti iz Novog Pazara, Jusufu Šujaku. Juče je uhapšen na prelazu Brnjak pod sumnjom da je izvršio krivično delo ratni zločin protiv civilnog stanovništva tokom 1999. godine u Đakovici”, rekao je Pantović za Kosovo onlajn.

Pantović je naveo da je Šujak tokom 1999. godine živeo u Đakovici i da tvrdi da nije počinio krivično delo za koje je osumnjičen.

On je precizirao da je Šujaku određen pritvor po dva osnova: zbog navodne osnovane sumnje da je počinio to delo i zbog postojanja opasnosti od bekstva jer ima prebivalište u Novom Pazaru, gde i živi, dok je za vreme rata živeo u Đakovici.

„Čovek tvrdi da nije bio u vojsci, niti u policiji, kao ni u paravojnim jedinicama, bio je civil i sa komšijama, za koje ga tužilac tereti da im je uradio loše stvari, bio je u odličnim odnosima. On se već nalazi u pritvoru”, navodi Pantović.

On je najavio da će uložiti žalbu Apelacionom sudu na meru pritvora i da je rok za to dva dana, ali je ocenio da ne treba od toga očekivati mnogo.

Pantović navodi da za sada nema saznanja u kojoj se pritvorskoj jedinici Šujak nalazi, ali da pretpostavlja da je reč o pritvoru visoke sigurnosti Grdovac kod Podujeva.
